Oil Should Be Warm For A More Pleasant Feel

Prepare the oil, a towel and warm your hands. Massage oil lessens the friction with the skin. Invite your partner to lie down on a towel, on her belly, facing down towards the floor. Make sure she is lying on a comfortable surface. Take the oil into your palm and rub your hands so as to warm it before starting the massage. This would feel much more comfortable than applying the oil directly to her skin.

Start with a light touch, softly and slowly with the shoulders. Squeeze them gently, together with the back of her neck, caressing down each arm with long strokes down to the tips of her fingers. Attention to detail is important, so make sure you gently knead and squeeze the muscles between your thumb and fingers.
